Our day begins at 10am in the morning, as we set sail in the lovely Alghero Bay. We will spend the day visiting unique and unspoiled places in an eco-friendly sailboat. Having spent years exploring the waters off Alghero, I know of all the perfect spots. The cruise includes ample time for snorkeling, swimming, sightseeing, and relaxing. Also included in the afternoon is a homemade Italian lunch, paired with a good wine, and followed by a delicious cup of fresh coffee.

We’ll set sail from the port with my sailboat and we’ll cruise in Alghero Bay, listen some music, enjoy some drinks together and bask in the glory that is a Mediterranean sunset aboard a sailing boat. You can choose to relax onboard or let me teach you how to manage the boat. One thing is for sure – the best way to finish the day is to take a dive into clear Mediterranean waters and cool off.

Surely you happened to go to friends' house and cook together ... here's, this is what we will do: we will prepare "fresh pasta", I will teach you how to make a good sauce with simple ingredients; during our work will be offered a small aperitif with local meats and cheeses; I will tell you some curiosity about the gastronomic specialties of Sardinia and, finally, you can taste the result of your work accompanied by a good glass of wine of our production: my house is open to all friends and you could sit at the table with unknown people but you'll feel like at home Other things to note please report any intolerances or other special needs (vegan / vegetarian). The farm is 12 km out of Alghero. If you haven't got a car I can come to pick you up in town. If the lesson time does not match your plans send me a request to change it: in the morning (11 am) or in the afternoon (6 pm), (in August I recommand booking in the afternoon because of hot). We leave in the morning at 8,30 - 9,00 from the tourist port of Arbatax. We’ll ho to the north, first passing by the islet of Ogliastra, then we'll go to PERDA LONGA and admire the wonderful spire of BAUNEI, 128 m high up the sea and declared a natural monument from UNESCO since 1993. Now a refreshing dip in the emerald and cool waters is a must. Now we're going towards CAPE MONTESANTO, the most extreme point south of the gulf of Orosei. Just before we get to the cave of the pigeons. After the CAPE we'll continue to immerse ourselves in the natural beauty of the coast that rises more and more in height. A few minutes and we'll arrive at the inlet exposed to the winds of north-east, also known as PORTU QUAU ( that means in sardinian language: SHELTERED PORT), where the fishermen find shelter from the winds from south-east and where in 1963 happened the tragic shipwreck of the sheep LEVANTE, during which all 12 sailors of his crew were died. On the backdrop are still visible the remains. Them we arrive at mythical and unique CALA GOLORITZE' and than at CALA MARIOLU and after a break we take the road back, that if there is the right wind we do sailing. We will journey along a provincial road through a theater of irresistible panoramas suspended between the sea and the mountains, until we reach the final destination after approximately 50 minutes: Montresta, a small village born from 50 Greek families. Here, a local family will be waiting for us to start a splendid Cooking Experience deeply connected to the traditions and people of Montresta, farm-to-table. You will enjoy as active part to make some of the typical Sardinian products such as pipiriolos, malloreddus, culurgiones, and traditional sweets. Stories and legends will be with us during a rich tasting after the Cooking Class, in a family-friendly feeling. After lunch, we will take a walk in the wonderful nature and into small village of Montresta, amidst murals and magnificent panoramic viewpoints.

We start the experience with an easy walking tour on the coast, in the protected area of Porto Conte that displays an immense expanse of uncontaminated landscapes with breath-taking view of the sea, unique plant and animal species, fossil-rich limestone and a rare concentration of interesting and significant archaeological remains. After that will be time to relax, in the vineyard, discovering more about the story of the local grapes with a taste of 2 different wines and local products.

Alghero is famous for its fine coral, which is used locally with gold to make every manner of adornment. We will talk also about that while walking in the old town, a labyrinth of narrow streets that connect piazzas bustling with life, the yellow walls and ancient houses echo the Catalan origins of the city. After that we go back to 3500 years ago discovering the most important civilization in Sardinia in a guided tour inside a wonderful Nuragic Complex.

Faremo un salto indietro nella storia di oltre quattromila anni fa! Visiteremo il protonuraghe S'Ena Longa, un opera prenuragica ormai diroccata nella vegetazione di cui si ammira il grande architrave poggiato sui muri laterali. Analizzaremo le mura perimetrali principali per ricostruire l'imponente immagine di questo possente gigante megalitico. Cammineremo gradualmente verso valle per comprendere, attraverso le rovine di roccia, quanto l'intera area fosse popolata. Seconda tappa a soli due km di distanza per raggiungere la meta più suggestiva di questa passeggiata nuragica: il Tempio de Su Ludosu. In un'area estesa, racchiusa all'interno di grandi mura perimetrali, seguiremo il sentiero che guida all'ingresso del tempio. Discenderemo poi il promontorio, su cui è collocato, attraversando le rovine dei grossi blocchi di tufo rotolati a valle con il passare dei secoli. Potremmo così osservare dal basso la maestosità di questo monumento antichissimo e scorgere qualche dettaglio interno attraverso degli ingressi laterali ormai parzialmente interrati. Concluderemo la passeggiata con una pausa ristoro nella grande roccia piatta che potete vedere nelle foto. Forse un secondo architrave d'ingresso più grande rispetto a quello visibile nella facciata principale. La roccia appare oggi poggiata a terra, ma nella foto ravvicinata è visibile come poggi su un pilastro laterale :)

You will climb on board an antique, sailing ship from Alghero Port and experience a day trip, sailing along the coastline of Alghero and absorb the stunning scenery from the spacious deck of Andrea Jensen. You will have the chance to swim and snorkel in the marine protected bay of Porto Conte, jump from the rigging into crystal clear waters and have lunch on board, served with local wines. You will then get to help hoist the famous red sails, to sail back to Alghero Port in the afternoon. The trip will allow you to meet and socialise with other guests or just chill out in your own space, maybe try the hammock under the bow sprit and spot dolphins if you are lucky enough!

This trip will take you on a detailed tour of the Baunei Coast to Cala Luna, the furthest point we will reach. We will travel with a maximum of 12 people + the skipper (Cristian or Francesco). The tour may vary depending on weather conditions, the number of beach presences, and crew conditions. - We are at 8:15 at the port of Santa Maria Navarrese, in front of the port bar, pier D. Check-out is at 8:30 am When sailing, we will break the journey with some photo stops: Pedralonga's spire, the extraordinary waterfalls of Baus, the Grotta dei Colombi and the beach of Goloritzé are just a few of the many attractions that this coastline has to offer. We will descend to the beaches of Cala Mariolu, Cala Biriala and Cala Luna for about 1h 30’, with an order that can vary depending on the period, chosen due to the sun hours and the flow of tourists, factors that vary during the season. Between stops, we plan to visit the Grotta del Fico (+10€ Adults, +5€ children) , to enter the heart of this limestone coast. A nice swim stop in the waters of Cala Goloritzè will refresh us before you return. On our way back we will visit the coves of Portu Cuau and Portu Pedrosu, the famous fjords developed between the walls of Cape Monte Santo. The return to the port is between 5:00 pm and 5:30 pm.

Facilmente riconoscibile per la scultura di un delfino sopra uno scoglio in mezzo al mare , la spiaggia dello scoglio lungo è la nostra base di partenza. Scogliere rocciose a piattaforma , pareti strapiombanti e piccole spiaggette guideranno questo nuovo nostro tour . La costa irregolare e frastagliata si presenta ricca di insenature , nelle quali si aprono numerose grotte, armatevi di coraggio… la grotta dell’inferno vi attende. N.B. Per il rispetto dei fragilissimi habitat,delle normative locali e per la nostra e vostra sicurezza, non sarà possibile entrare nelle grotte con rischio frana.

La tessitura rientra tra quei mestieri affidati da sempre alla cura delle donne, che sta scomparendo, almeno dalle nostre parti. Con pochi gesti si recuperano millenni di sapere e personalmente la trovo una tecnica meditativa, un modo per rilassarmi. La tessitura è una parte molto importante dell'artigianato sardo, molto varia per motivi, colori e tecniche. Nel mio workshop vi guiderò alle tecniche base della tessitura attraverso una dimostrazione. I partecipanti saranno invitati a partecipare e provare l'emozione che si ha quando ci si sente di fronte al telaio. I materiali usati saranno tutti naturali e ovviamente forniti dalla casa. Durante il workshop sarò felice di comunicarvi tutta la mia passione e tutto il mio sapere riguardo la tessitura tradizionale sarda come si è evoluta e che futuro l’attende. durante l'esperienza vi sarà servità una merenda che potremo consumare insieme chiaccherando di tessitura tradionale

Vi porterò nel magico mondo della filigrana sarda , un'arte antica che mi è stata tramandata da mio padre Libero Patteri e che porto avanti con passione e dedizione . Inizieremo dalla fusione dei metalli preziosi , alla laminatura , trafilatura fino alla realizzazione di un piccolo gioiello in filigrana sarda. Sarò felice ed orgoglioso di cedere il mio banchetto e di far toccare con mano questa bellissima arte per farvi immergere completamente nel mio mondo .

I will wait for you in my Antico Borgo in the countryside 16 KM from the city of Olbia, where upon arrival I will show you the property consisting of nine Stazzi (typical houses of the area), dating back to 1700. We will offer you a welcome tasting with our best products homemade. A Sardinian breakfast if in the morning or a Sardinian aperitif if in the evening. Then we will prepare an ancient pasta, teaching the secrets of the processing and embroidery of pasta, all in an exclusive place where it will be like going back in time. Ancient utensils and typical kitchen tools will be displayed and used. We will cook for you the pasta that you have prepared and that you will taste together with our homemade wine and a selection of products offered by us, including our cheeses and our bread. There will be a lunch or a dinner, depending on whether the experience is in the morning or in the evening. Other things to keep in mind went to all age groups.
