We are going to meet by the Forestarìa farm on the northen hills of Lucca. We will start the cooking class with a glass of local wine :-) In the kitchen of our farmhouse, we will cook together authentic&traditional tuscan recepies. Later, you will enjoy the dinner in our garden with a beautiful sunset! Other things to note Our cooking class is an experience that combines traditional&authentic recepies, organic vegetables&fruits from our garden and lot of smiles&laughs...under the magical tuscan sun!

This experience will offer you the opportunity to approach the “sacred stone” that  accompanies our work and our lives, shape the Marble by involving all 5 senses: observe the matter, recognize its facets, follow its evolution and enjoy its final transformation, caress it, let it talk to you and guide you in the process, smell its aromas of sun and rain moss. Moisten your lips at the end of the day: you will discover that it will taste new. We'll find us at the meeting point, a place really close to the lab, we'll reach togheter the workshop's area where you'll meet the master sculptor Marco. After the introduction by the master sculptor, who will accompany each participant in the activity, we will proceed to a brief but complete sculpture experience: you will try to work a piece of marble with manual and pneumatic tools. we will have breaks during class hours where you can drink coffee, water or tea, use the toilets, take pictures. Once you become familiar with the subject, you will dedicate the last minutes to the engraving of a marble scale that you can take away as a souvenir of the experience! After the lesson we will take you back to the meeting point. Other things to note If it rains, the experience will be canceled. Please remember that we are on the mountain, the ground is rocky. We have kitchen and toilet. Dangerous behaviors will not be tolerated

For first we will go for a short walk toghether to let ours guests admire the landscape and understand a little bit more about our area. than, In the panoramic room offering sweeping views of the surrounding area, we organise tastings of our wines and our olive oil. This experience allows you to taste the products, but also to discover the history and tradition of our local wines and olive oil, through an in-depth explanation of the region, as well as the various phases of production. During the tasting, we will try to help you understand how we work and share the history of our farm. Other things to note: Stay healty is in this moment the most important thing, be sure that we will do our best to sanify all area , please communicate intolerances and vegetarian people when the reservation is made we do prepare all food appositly for your group. We don't provide any kind of transport. To reach the farm the best option is by car, taxi or driver. For the bravest it's possible by bike.

We will discover Lucca through the five senses, by walking along the main attractions of the town: the ring walls, the Cathedral, the Amphitheatre square and many other places, but we will also stroll through hidden corners and less touristy medieval alleys. In this way we will let people enjoy both, the must-see and the unknown side of town. Our adventure will be experienced through the sense of sight, by admiring the outstanding architecture, the gorgeous nature and the energetic lifestyle of Lucca and through the sense of sound, by getting to know the interesting history of the town, the elegant art and the deep tradition of music with its important musicians who were born here. Our walk will continue by using the other three senses of taste, smell and touch: we are going to stop in a few local shops savouring our food specialties and traditional gastronomy. We will start with a sweet introduction during our breakfast moment and we will end with a savoury antipasto served with a local glass of wine just before lunch time. Salute! Cheers! Together we will spend some hours at Tananei farmhouse, our paradise on hills surrounded by olive trees, in the most genuine Tuscany. We will make a "walk" through the EVO Oil world, exploring the entire process from cultivation to olives harvest, transformation at oil mill and finally conservation. Then we will have a real walk among our olive trees to start recognizing the different kind of olives. You will have the chance to admire a beautiful landscape, where you can see all the beautiful nature Tananei farmhouse is surrounded by. After that we will introduce you in the charming world of professional oil tasting, as done by the official testers (oil sommeliers). At the end you will enjoy an unforgettable DINNER (together with red wine of the area) where Tuscan specialties will be flavored with different kind of EVO Oils , so that you can start learning how to combine EVO oils with food. The dinner will be served alfresco, among the olive trees or in front of our crackling fireplace depending on season. Although the course is managed by professional of the EVO Oil sector, it will be a funny experience in an informal setting. At the same time it will be a UNIQUE experience because we are among the few to be EVO Oil producers + official EVO tasters + restaurateurs!

Learn how to make homemade pasta easily and successfully. We will meet in Florence at our cooking school located in the historic center, in front of the Arno river. We are a team of professionals chefs, we are pleased to meet you and let you spend a nice time with us for a fun and unique lesson. We will teach the secrets how to make RAVIOLI, FETTUCCINE or SPAGHETTI & TORTELLI in different shape. We will provide you with the tools useful for the preparation: kitchen gown, rolling pin and pasta cutter, eggs and flour. After the preparation, we will cook together the pasta with the relatives sauces. Each participant will prepare their own pasta, then we will cook it in the same pot to share it, then with the rest of the group like an italian family. The experience lasts about 3 hours, It will also be an opportunity to socialize with other travelers and with your host in an Italian atmosphere. During the meal will be served delicious organic Tuscan wine, that we produce on our farm called "Dalle Nostre Mani”, wines produced with natural methods. If you want to drink during the lesson you can buy some bottles at our shop before the lesson. I propose a classic itinerary, suitable for those who visit Lucca for the first time or who want to discover something new with the support of a Tourist Guide, in the company of other travelers, at an exceptional rate. Every Saturday and Sunday meeting at 10.50 am at the statue in Piazza San Michele. Once the group is formed, the guide will begin to tell stories, legends and wonders of Lucca leading you to the historic center to learn the secrets of the city hidden in buildings, churches, shops .. The itinerary ends at the Duomo (admission included) which contains the treasures of Lucca. A 25 kms bike ride including a wine tasting in a local farm, discovering the Piana di Lucca and the rural areas that surround it, rich in olive groves and vineyards, where some of the best olive oils and wines of Tuscany are produced. Starting from the city center, you will find yourself immersed in the quiet of Lucca’s countryside in the blink of an eye, riding up to the foot of the most evocative hills of the area, where you will visit a local farm that will offer a generous wine tasting and a snack based on typical products of Lucca. The experience starts with a 15/20 minute tour of our cellar in the hills of Lucca. Guests will be guided through the production stages and explained the procedure of our wine preparation. Depending on the time of year, you may even see our creation process in action! Afterwards, the real fun begins:D Guests will be accommodated on the terrace where they can taste our wines and olive oil (all included in the cost of the experience). Throughout your tasting, we will explain the organoleptic characteristics of the various wines and answer any questions you may have. The duration of the entire experience is around 1.5 hours. Discover Versilia by bike with our guided tour starting from the Pontile di Forte dei Marmi. During the 20 km route, you will ride along the bike path while admiring the natural and cultural beauty of the area. We will start our adventure by visiting the historic Versiliana villa, home of the famous poet Gabriele D'Annunzio, and his magnificent gardens. We will then continue in the cool pine forest until we reach the historic center of Pietrasanta, famous for its art galleries and sculptures by international artists. We will stop at the beautiful Piazza Duomo for an aperitif at Caffè del Teatro, enjoying delicious snacks and a glass of wine while admiring the beauty of the square and its imposing cathedral. The return to Forte dei Marmi will take us along the promenade of Marina di Pietrasanta, where we can admire the view of the sea and the surrounding landscape. Alternatively, we can opt for an aperitif at Alle Dune di Levante beach, enjoying some relaxation on the sand. Our ebike tour is suitable for everyone, even those who are not very trained, and our expert guide will be happy to tell you about the historical and cultural curiosities of the area.
