Our chalet is surrounded by the Atlantic Forest with a number of bird species, a squirrel and beautiful blue butterflies, which share this piece of paradise with our guests. We are located close to the well-structured Itaguá neighborhood, where we can find supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, shops and restaurants.

paradisiacal chalet

Relax in this quiet, cozy accommodation overlooking the sea, 3 minutes from the cove beach, calm, ideal for bathing. House with shared entrance. Environment with lots of nature. We do not accept loud sounds, clutter and animals. In the village there is a child, a cat and a docile dog. There is no dirt street access, there is no garage, the street is very quiet to leave the car. Not appropriate for children,person with mobility issues,has stairs, and unprotected balcony,reason seen.

O caminho até a praia pode ser feito de duas maneiras, atravessando o rio Itamambuca ,andando (maré baixa) e de barquinho (maré alta) a caminhada é ótima, te livra de trânsito, alta temporada e do carro, o percurso pelo mangue é uma conexão bacana com a natureza ou pelo acesso rodovia,de carro, localizada no condomínio. Ponto estratégico para as praias do Norte de Ubatuba.

Beautiful chalet with 1 bedroom, 500 meters from Tenório Beach and Praia Grande. Quality wifi and all cleaning and sanitizing protocols. A private parking space and apartment with all amenities, including air conditioning and Netflix. Quiet street, chalet with caretaker, easy access. Max capacity 6 people. Great location, close to supermarkets, pharmacies, shops and gas station. Since 2/8/2023, Ubatuba charges a daily fee of R$13.00 per stay in the city.
