Apartment with excellent location, well centralized, in the municipality of São José, in the neighborhood of Campinas, right on the border with Florianópolis. With lots of commerce, utility and leisure, close to the mini shopping mall Camelão, supermarkets, bakeries, gyms, pharmacies, beauty salons, etc. The apartment is 700 meters from the seaside boardwalk, 8 kms from the center of Floripa and 20 kms from the nearest beach, suitable for bathing, Campeche beach in the south of the island. It's so worth it!!!

Beautiful and wide house (2700 ft²) by the sea in Ribeirão da Ilha District, the most preserved and traditional neighborhood of Florianópolis. 3 suites with queen, double, 2 single beds and baby crib. Air conditioning cold / hot in every room. HEATED POOL. Large living room with cable TV and internet, gourmet space with barbecue, wood burning stove and pizza oven. Te property is large, and has sea access, ideal for kayaking (available to guests). Place for an incredible family rest!

We offer 2 stand ups, you can play sports from the deck that is in front of the house. With complete gourmet cuisine and loft is top quality.
