La struttura si sviluppa su due livelli: al piano terra due giardini, il secondo a picco sul mare e vista panoramica sul golfo di Policastro, ampio soggiorno, cucina attrezzata e bagno; al primo piano camera da letto matrimoniale con terrazzo vista mare e seconda camera con tre posti letto e bagno. Posto auto riservato. Dal giardino il mare dista 100 m.

It is located in the countryside, in a panoramic and quiet place, outside the town, with private parking and large garden. The type of accommodation is suitable for couples, families with children and groups of friends.

La nostra casa di famiglia di origine. L'appartamento è caratterizzato dalle belle cementine originali: è luminoso, fresco, ventilato, ben arredato e accessoriato. Comodo e tranquillo, con ampio e fruibile balcone a di 5 mq, vista e posizione esclusiva ed incantevole. Pratico parcheggio esterno, non custodito ma sicuro (caserme Loc.Pol/Carab), a 100 mt. Il cuore del paese con negozi, markets, bar e ristoranti è raggiungibile a piedi in meno di 5' e le spiagge, in auto, in 15'.
