Our beautiful attic is in Piazza Ponterosso in the centre, 5 steps from the Grand Canal, the most evocative place in Trieste. The area is safe and well served and there is a supermarket just 3 minutes away. Welcome to our Top floor Sunny apartment. Centrally located, close to all the infrastructure our little town Lucija has to offer. The supermarket, coffee/ ice cream shop is 50 steps from the building. The nearest beach of Lucija town is 5 m away. The Portorož beach is 10 min walk from the apartment. The apartment is located on the top 5th floor of a municipal building with a nice view. The building has no elevator. Private parking box available.

The open floor plan in the dining/living room area is ideal for family and friend gatherings. My flat is situated very close to the beach. It includes: a wide bedroom with a king siz bed, two terraces, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, and living room with a kitchen. L'appartamento si trova in centro città, vicino alla zona della "movida triestina", vicino a musei, ristoranti, bar e monumenti, vicinissimo alla Clinica Salus e all'Università Vecchia.
