All with No neighbours to look at, because you get the whole floor of the apartment builing! This is the most unique apartment, the only one in the Gava Mar area, which ocupies a whole floor of a building overlooking the Mediterranean sea. You will follow the sunrises from the East terrace, enjoy unforgetable moments in the sun on the South balcony and inhale the breath taking sunsets while eating dinner on the West terrace. All without any neighbours to look at. Because the whole floor is yours! Master beedroom with fantastic sea views has a queen sized bed. Two other bedrooms, both with sea views, have 2 single (90cm) beds, which can be joined together for a matrimonial King sized bed. Direct access to the beach via a private entrence, a large swimming pool and a kids playgroung at your disposal. Great restaurants within walking distance and the center of Barcelona just 14 km away. It is a very green area, in the middle of a pine forest and full of palm trees, next to the Delta de Llobreagat natural park, providing a quiet beach environment. Yet close to the city center. Nice apartment with terrace close to Fira Montjuic

Modern apartment fully equipped with nice terrace and swimming pool. Close to Plaça Espanya / Montjuic. The public transport connections from the appartement are very good. The next Metro Stop (Espanya) is about 100m away from the appartment. Many buses just stop in the square.And you will never have a problem to get a taxi in a few seconds. The bus to the airport is just close to the building The apartment is surrounded by many restaurants, museums, ATMs and one big mall (Las Arenas).
