Perhaps you'd prefer to walk around the harbour, or super close to motorway for quick, easy travels to surrounding towns. Either way you'll have a great time at the Lagoon Apartment B.

Relax with the family at our beautiful new house with stunning views out to Kapiti island, and a relaxing ambience. There is plenty of space here, with 4 bedrooms, (including master with en-suite), and a large, warm, open-plan kitchen/lounge/dining. Lovely outdoor area, including outdoor bath. 'Tranquility on the hill' is situated in a semi-rural area, yet only 10 mins walk from Pukerua Bay station and 15 to beach. Near popular walks. Ideal base for families, not suitable for parties.

Entire house- newly built and centrally located.

The house was completed in March 2023. You get to have the entire house to yourself; Guests have access to 2 bedrooms with queen-sized beds and a family bathroom. The house is centrally located in Porirua, and all the shops and restaurants are within 10-minute drive from Kenepuru. Only 5 minutes' drive to both SH1 and SH58. Yet it is a very quiet and safe neighbourhood. There is one off-street parking (carport) available also plenty of street parking next to the house.

You will have access to the whole unit – two bedrooms, lounge room, kitchen and bathroom. There are also three private deck areas for your use. Our home is fresh and inviting with fully equipped kitchen. The set up is perfect for a family group and is secure for children with a door on the front porch. We have a full laundry for your use. All beds made up with electric blankets on queen beds in winter. Panel heating upstairs and heat pump downstairs. All towels and linen supplied. Sorry no pets allowed.
