De woning is aan de boulevard met terrasjes en restaurants. Zeer centraal, binnen heel rustig door goede isolatie. Aan de achterzijde terras 50m2 om te zonnen, te eten of rustig te lezen en aan de voorzijde een klein balkon met uitzicht op zee en boulevard 50 mtr van het strand. Gratis parkeren aan strandweg. Zéér volledig ingericht, satelliet tv,Netflix. Privé woning. Voorkamer met 2 persoons bed, slaapkamer met 2 persoons bed, achterkamer 2 persoons bed. Zeer geschikt voor stellen en familie.

Duplex apartment ideal for 2 people. Downstairs is the bathroom, kitchen and dining room with a sofa bed. Balcony facing a large and very bright interior courtyard. On the second floor is the bedroom with a double bed. Very central, 200 meters from the beach, near supermarkets and local food establishments. Cosy apartment, very bright located less than 200 meters from the beach, and in the best area of Calella, close to restaurants and supermarkets and next to THE IRONMAN Barcelona Triathlon Exit. Holidays Calella ( Ideal Teleworking)

Outdoor apartment, very bright, all renovated. 5 minutes from the train station (1 hour from Barcelona) and the shopping promenade. In 7 minutes, you can walk to one of the main Mediterranean beaches. The apartment is airy and the living room and the room have exit to the outdoor balcony. It has everything for a good rest.
