Beautiful apartment facing the Ocean, stunning views

The apartment is very bright and facing South West facing the ocean. Magnificent view (4th floor) in the middle of the bay of La Baule. The residence is quiet and very well maintained, with private parking and elevator. You just have to cross the street and you are on the beach! 3 minutes walk from shops, market, bike rental and restaurants. A 20-minute walk from De Gaulle Avenue. Bicycle path at the bottom of the residence and everywhere around. Baby welcome (free kit available).

Studio: Les Voiles de La Baule

Bright studio on the 2nd floor of a residence secured by digicode and elevator. Located on foot 7 minutes from Benoît beach and 11 minutes from Pouliguen train station. Fully equipped kitchen and all linen is provided (sheets, towels and tea towel). All shops are nearby (400m). you have a private parking space at the foot of the residence and a common closed bicycle garage. Reservations by the week of July and August from Saturday to Saturday.

Ideal apartment for 2 couples (1 bed in the bedroom in 160 ) and very good sofa bed, on site an additional crib (max child 12 years old) . Bathroom with a nice shower.
