Cute and cozy 800 sq ft guest house on the property of one of the original colony homes! Just a half mile to Atascadero Lake and under two miles to downtown Atascadero. Only a 20 min drive west to Morro Bay, south to SLO and north to Paso. Close to hwy 101 for easy access. An elementary school sits across the street so you may hear an occasional bell. Plenty of natural light with french doors that open to the private patio. Downstairs there is room for lounging, watching movies and dining.

This stylish home is a perfect place to relax & unwind after a day of sightseeing. The sunny deck, surrounded by trees, is a favorite spot for sunbathing or watching the sunset. The spare room is huge and is a great place for reading in our hammock chair or for a quiet work space. Downstairs the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for cooking meals. Outdoor patio space is also a nice place to bbq & relax as you listen to the hawks, owls, & other birds in this country setting.
