Bright Downtown Studio in Historic Willo Neighborhood

Relax and unwind in this modern space. Catch up on emails and stream movies on the extra-wide screen in the cozy interior. After a rain shower in the subway-tiled bathroom, head outside for a meal at the bistro table looking out over the lawn in the huge backyard. The studio is ideal for couples or single travelers. The space includes a comfortable full-size bed, an office desk with t.v. and various Apple cords, and a kitchenette with refrigerator, kettle, dishes/silverware, assorted coffee/teas and a large sink. Guests have access to the shared backyard space including table, chairs and umbrella and the playground for kids. We live in the main house but guests only need to get in contact with us if they have questions or need anything. Have breakfast at the coffee shop just down the street, with a wine bar also nearby. Walk to the light rail to explore further afield. Nearby attractions include Talking Stick Resort Arena and Chase Ballpark, plus top tunes at the Nash Jazz Club. The light rail system is walking distance, accessible directly from our street. This gives access to all the nearby amenities including: Talking Stick Resort Arena, Phoenix Art Museum, Chase Ballpark, Phoenix Convention Center, and everything else downtown Phoenix has to offer. You can also get directly to/from Sky Harbor airport and downtown Tempe and Mesa AZ. Have breakfast at the coffee shop just down the street and enjoy flatbreads for dinner at the local wine bar nearby. Walk to the light rail to explore further afield. Nearby attractions include Footprint Center, Chase Ballpark, Phoenix Art Museum, Heard Museum, and the Phoenix Convention Center. Watch live performances at the Nash Jazz Club, Crescent Ballroom, The Van Buren, Phoenix Opera, Orpheum Theater, Comerica Theatre, Symphony Hall, Celebrity Theatre, and many other attractions.

Close to hiking trails, ball parks, Midwestern University, ASU West and main thoroughfares (I-17, 51, 101, & 303). After a day of working hard or hardly working enjoy a swim in the beautiful pool or stretch out on the chaise lounges. Relax on the patio swing, taking in the serenity of a yard fringed with tall trees and green grass. During our chilly desert nights head for the fire pit to warm your toes or toast marshmallows. Interior pluses include Smart TVs, surround-sound stereo, a walk-in tile-and-glass shower with a relaxing rain head and a very comfortable queen bed! Walk to supermarkets, restaurants, and churches, with Arrowhead Mall also close. Local hiking trails include North Mountain, Piestewa Peak, and Dreamy Draw. Park & Ride 1 mile away. Light Rail to Dowtown/Tempe approx. 6 miles away.
