Well furnished with new luxury queen bed, new sheets, new 40 inch HD flat screen TV, great WiFi, new fridge, new microwave, small 1950's bathroom with clean small walk in shower, new toilet and new sink. Guest controlled heat/air conditioning, new paint, and new flooring. Great location across Lakeshore Dr. from the award winning Ludington City Stearns Beach, North Breakwall, and Lighthouse. Seasonal heated outdoor pool. Only five blocks from Downtown Ludington with restaurants, shops, grocery store, and Sandcastles Children's Museum.

Cozy, attached, Handicap Accessible apartment in the woods with private entrance. One bedroom with queen bed and living room queen hide- a -bed couch . One bathroom with roll in shower. Complete kitchen, WiFi, Streaming TV, and Huge yard for kids and dogs. Indoor, Seasonal pool, heated late April-late Sept. Year round Hot Tub on the deck overlooking the woods. Secluded and very quiet but close to everything, just 10 minutes from downtown, shopping, restaurants, the beach and the state park.

The cabin is centrally located between Cadillac, Interlochen, Frankfort & Traverse City. Snowmobile staging area, Caberfae & Crystal Mt. ski areas, Hodenpyle dam backwaters, North Country & Manistee River trails are nearby. This quiet TINY (144sq ft) gem, privately tucked away and yet very accessible, Cabin Unwind, has a seasonal porch, queen sized bed, a few 'kitchen appliances' and GREAT wifi. The HOUSE SHARED bathroom has it's own side entrance, across from the Cabin. There is a SUMMER SHARED porta-potty and proper shower, right close by, as well. WINTER GUESTS, please note...DON'T come down the driveway without PROPER WINTER tires! Leave your car at the turnaround and I'll gladly shuttle you and your gear.
