In a quiet accommodation, the whole family will relax in a rural style. A 200-year-old cottage with a ground floor apartment heated by air conditioning and/or wood-burning stoves. The bathroom and toilet are accessible from both rooms separately through the hallway in the unheated part of the house. In front of the house is the possibility of parking and sitting under a gazebo with a barbecue overlooking Černý Důl. Above the house is a meadow and a forest with a trail to Montenegro. The ski slopes are 5min. walk away. Summer swimming is possible in the creek and 5km away by campsite with a swimming pool.

Modern House with Sauna in the heart of Krkonoše

This modern house, built in 2015, is a part of semi-detached house and is located 10 min walk from the parking lot near the cable car lift to Snezka. Skibus stop is located 100 metres from the house. There are two bedrooms with a double bed, bunk bed and en-suite bathroom in each of them. The house has a living room with a TV and fireplace, equiped kitchen and a dining table. There is also a garage and infrasauna. The house is great for family vacations. No parties please.

Samostatná ložnice ( postel 180/200) a obývací pokoj s KRBEM a rozkládacím gaučem (lůžko 160/200) Obě místnosti mají prosklené dveře na TERASU. Z terasy je přímý přístup na travnatou plochu s ohništěm. Krásný VÝHLED na šumící říčku a protilehlou stranu kopce. Apartmán je mimo hlavni silnici avšak dojezdný autem. Skvělá POLOHA mimo centrum Pece (15 min procházka), ideální pro pěší túry a běžky.

Kolem domu je oplocená zahrada s posezením, grilem, udírnou a venkovním ohništěm. Dům je v klidné části obce. Ze zahrady je výhled k lesu na úbočí Černé hory, z menšího apartmánu je výhled na městys.
