The apartment has a large back deck that leads to off street parking with enough room for 3 cars. 10 minutes from Uptown Athens and Ohio University. Hocking Hills is a short 25 min. scenic drive.

Prime location on North Court Street in uptown Athens, within walking distance to Ohio University and many bars and restaurants. This entire apartment contains 3 bedrooms with a king bed in 1 room, a queen bed in the second room, and a single bed in the 3rd room, 1 large bathroom, and a fully stocked kitchen. Simply decorated and fully furnished with all the essentials to make for the perfect stay. I have 1 parking spot for the apartment. It is across the street in the "Secure Parking" lot.

We live in rural, Appalachian Ohio on 20 acres. We have fields, woods and a pond for exploring. Our place is about 15 minutes from town; shopping, grocery and restaurants. We are 20-30 minutes from the Hocking Hills State Parks, canoeing, hiking, etc. The one-bedroom apartment in the basement of our house can host up to 4 people and features a walkout with a hot tub and a porch swing. We renovated this beautiful 1920's home and part of the renovation was the apartments. It's a welcoming cozy apartment, that is nestled in the middle of downtown. Here you can have everything at your doorstep and "almost heaven" views. We fell in love with this property because it is canopied beneath big old shade trees and sits on "one of the prettiest streets in Parkersburg".
