Lovely apartments are located in a residential complex for 8 apartments with a private entrance and free parking in a fenced area . The apartment on the ground floor of a 2-storey building has a bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen , a kitchen with stained-glass windows and access to a veranda and an individual courtyard, from the courtyard there is an access to the communal swimming pool of the complex . The apartment is bright, cozy and clean. No smoking. Lovely pool with sunbeds, barbecue area in the courtyard

Welcome to our Cozy Apartments in the Heart of Kato Paphos! Located in a gated quiet beautiful complex with swimming pool and private garden. Just a few minutes walk from the beaches, the main promenade, bars, restaurants and shops. Stay with family or friends in the very center, close to all attractions! Lovely holiday annex with 15m private pool&garden

Beautiful apartment where you can relax in a comfortable, spacious and unique space. Perfect location for all tourist attractions, many of them within walking distance including Fantastic restaurants. Gorgeous sandy beaches nearby. You will have your own private space, bedroom, kitchen/lounge and en-suite shower room. Full use of the garden and private pool. Unlike hotels you can relax knowing you have your sun lounger available. There is only one suite available, therefor it’s a calm oasis.

Sunny 2-bed Apartment in Private Villa with Pool

A light, spacious and comfortable self-contained apartment suitable for four adults but not children under the age of 12yrs. Direct access to the pool with covered area, BBQ, outdoor dining and sunbathing areas shared with us and other Villa guests. We aim for a peaceful haven for all our guests and ourselves as we live in the villa above. It is a 10 minute uphill walk to Peyia Village & bus stops so we strongly recommend you hire a car, especially if you are here in the July & August.

Wonderful cozy flat with free parking. Relax at the veranda in our beautiful garden swim or on the beautiful beaches in Latchi and camping sute. 5 minute walk to the center of Polis with great restaurants, fish taverns, cafes and bars to spend your time. After booking I will be sending you a google map of the area with recommendations about restaurants, grocery stores and must see sightseeing spots.
