For the gym, we live 2 blocks from the YMCA so you and your family can always sign up to be guests during your stay if you like. - You prepare your own meals :D in a stunning new kitchen and top appliances and if you can, please put all dishes in dishwasher - Bosch will do the dishes ! :) - You are welcome to bring your own foods and put them in trash bags as appropriate - we have a recycled & trash can separately - The linens, bedding, towels are placed in closets’ drawers - Assorted brand of wellness & grooming amenities are in the drawers of your bathroom - Laundry space houses an iron/ ironing board/ swifter (swifter cloths are underneath the sink left hand side or in linen closet) - Kitchen also has a swifter behind the tall cabinet - Please give your plants a drink of water if you stay longer than 3 days – they thrive on it :D -We make certain non-toxic cleaning products with premium essential oils for our cleaning team to use and for our guests to enjoy (when we can) Thank you so much in your mindful participation to maintaining while enjoying our space :) we appreciate your efforts! The entire home will be exclusively yours except the GARAGE please. This is for the hosts to use. We reside next door. Happy to share restaurant recommendations, etc.! Guests receive 5 star ratings when respectful of the home! The home is in San Pedro (SP), which is a small, quiet port town. The waterfront is famous for historic Battleship Iowa, San Pedro Fish Market, and maritime museums. Cruises, restaurants, and shops abound there. San Pedro is also accessible to the southern beach cities. Welcome to legendary traffic famous in LA : D San Pedro is on both a local and a city-wide bus line, but public transportation can be difficult and time-consuming. Uber and Lyft are widely available, but if you want to make the most of your time here, a rental car is ideal. IMPORTANT FOR GUESTS TO AGREE PRIOR TO BOOKING & CHECK IN, as we reserve the right to refuse service: Please do not ask us for a discount on cleaning as we are about paying a fair wage (please see ABB's guidelines on this) for you and your guest. *PLEASE CONFIRM with VALID PHOTO ID PRIOR and UPON CHECK IN (via Driver's License/ Passports / Military ID are ok etc - just as in a hotel stay) otherwise, your Full SECURITY DEPOSIT is NOT REFUNDABLE and your stay maybe denied. Idyllic, Romantic Beachfront Apartment in Malibu

Fall asleep to the sound of ocean waves in this charming beachfront apartment. The light, airy home features open-plan living and a wall of windows to maximize the amazing views. Enjoy drinks on the deck and a sunset over the water—it's pure bliss. This beachfront apartment is right above the sand and surf. At night the sounds of the sea will lull you to sleep. During the day, you can watch the sea lions sunning on the rocks and dolphins and whales swimming by or go for a walk along the water's edge and dive in yourself. This is an amazing place to have a glass of wine and watch the sunset and relax! In the evening, the lights of the "Queen's Necklace" glimmer in the distance and the moonlight shines on the water. The living room is cozy with two loveseats to snuggle in and watch a movie on the 50" flat screen TV. Three large sliding glass doors open up if you want to let the ocean breezes blow through. The kitchen is small but fully equipped with an apartment size stove and oven, a microwave, a Keurig coffee maker and a French press, tea kettle, toaster and all the dishes and pots and pans you need. A round table with linens provides a beautiful spot for morning coffee. The bedroom has a queen bed with a new organic mattress and designer sheets, pillows and duvet. There is a large closet with room to store your clothes. Books line the bookshelves if you'd like something to read. Mostly, this is just a quiet, beautiful space to put your feet up and really relax while watching the endless panorama of the natural world outside. And....if you want to feel like a movie star, the apartment was recently used as a glamorous setting in an independent film due out soon!!! Two-person kayak (life jackets available) Boogie Boards and a surfboard Television with premium channels (HBO, Showtime, etc.) Wi-Fi Shared entry gate with one other unit. My husband and I live in a small cottage above the apartment but the only shared space is the entry door. We rarely even see our guests. However, I am always available to answer questions or concerns but almost no one has them! Situated directly above the sand and surf, the home is in a residential area along the Malibu coast, away from the tourist areas. Take in the stars at night while strolling along the beach, or eat at one of the nearby restaurants right on the water. There is bus service available just a minute from the apartment that will take you into Santa Monica or the center of Malibu, or farther north to some of Malibu's more remote beaches. Uber is readily available. At high tide, the ocean may come right up to the seawall limiting beach availability. This all depends on the moon, the tides and the amount of sand that we have. This can really vary from day to day and depending on the season. This winter, rough seas washed away our private stairs to the beach, so guests need to use the public access stairs just a few houses away and a very short walk.

WELL behaved dogs are welcome for a fee of $50( extra per stay ) We are WEST of PCH, Close to everything you need in walking distance or quick uber or car ride !!... located on the avenues in South Redondo just blocks from the Riviera village a prime location where you can shop,dine or go to the beach. There are many restaurants and outdoor cafe's... Pete's,Starbucks and Coffee Bean are just a few of the coffee houses, there is everything from sushi to Italian to dine on and all just down the street from the house. Enjoy dinner and a walk on the beach. This is the best kept secret in the south bay!! Flat Screen TV with HBO, SHOWTIME and tons of Cable channels. Comfy cozy studio cottage

This is a cozy little studio cottage located at the back of my property where you have complete privacy with a private entrance and a self check in. Inside the room is a king bed and a small bathroom. There is a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and a Keurig machine and light snacks and water. There is not a full kitchen. There is also a very nice eating/working space and very fast WIFI. Come relax in our cozy cottage :)

My place is a 15 minute drive to the beach and 10 minutes away to the closest shopping center/movie theater. There are many walking trails and a 15 minute walk to the shopping center. (1 king bed, 1 cot). PRIVATE ENTRANCE & BATHROOM. It is a converted garage, which we turned into a studio apartment. This is suitable for 2 adults and 1 kid. 2 adults is most comfortable. Backyard is shared, with the owners of the house.
