Our house has just been renovated and is very comfortable. It is located in a quiet area, 2 km from the Basilica of Collemaggio and 4 km from the center. It is conveniently located to reach popular locations, such as Santo Stefano di Sessanio, Rocca Calascio, the Stiffe caves, the slopes of Campo Felice and Campo Imperatore. A few meters away is the city bus stop and the train station to Sulmona is 5 km away. For relaxation you will find a Smart TV. Have a nice stay!

Enjoy a stay in a quiet but very central place, between 2 beautiful historic churches (San Silvestro and San Pietro a Coppito). Wake up to the sweet sound of the bells, enjoy the city and the nightlife, in total relaxation. The house, completely demolished and rebuilt as a result of the 2009 earthquake, has the charm of the ancient and the comforts of the modern, it is very isolated (energy class A), cool in summer (no air conditioning needed) and warm in winter.

Apartment of about 50 square meters recently renovated with a separate entrance. It is built on two levels connected with an internal staircase. It consists of bedroom, living room with balcony, bathroom and kitchen complete with appliances and equipped with everything you need. Centrally located but quiet a five-minute walk from Piazza Duomo and then close to the heart of the city from where you can reach all the main attractions with short walks.
