Luxury Beachfront House in Datça Nergisevi, Kumluk

Our house, located on the sandbox beach in the center of Datça, İskele neighborhood, is at zero position to the sea, the building is 1 year old, newly furnished, has its own separate entrance, is on the second floor of the two-storey house. There is no other apartment on the same floor in the building, it is very enjoyable to watch the sunrise and full moon from the balcony. The beach in front of you is clean and you can enter the sea comfortably. There is a bazaar just 100 m away from the main street for shopping, there are two free open parking lots very close (100 m).

It is a place with centuries-old olive trees in its garden, surrounded by the inner and outer stone nature from the village house close to Derya, far from the world. Our village house, which is an ideal bohemian style house for natural life experience, the address of silence You can hike in the gardens with almonds and olive trees in the village, if you wish, you can visit the undiscovered beaches of Datça. You can also explore the ancient city of Knidos, which is 7km drive from our house. 7-8 minutes to Palamutbükü bay 5 min drive to vineyard extract bay. There are no heating problems in winter, there are no heating system. There's a playground right in front of us.

Earthouse Retreat

Hi, first of all these are cob houses all made by clay in the traditional stone masonery methods of ancient mediterranean. We're leading a self sustainable life 'as much as we can' so our electricity is coming from solar energy panels which are enough to run a small fridge, laptops, lights and phone charges. Wood fire water heater in the bathroom. We wanted to be far from the crowd so we re a bit not so easy to get at. So its best if you have a 4x4 or u can walk a path uphill for 15 minutes.

You can relax as a family in this peaceful accommodation. We have a large garden area where your children can play. You can enjoy a unique barbecue in the garden and have a wonderful peaceful night. Our distance to the sea , restaurants and grocery stores is 150 meters in walking distance. We have amenities such as washing machine , television, air conditioning , barbecue, etc. There is a double bed in one bedroom and 2 sofa beds in the open kitchen. 4 people can stay comfortably.

This is a great location from which to explore nearby tourist attractions such as Eski Datça and ruins of Cnidus (Knidos) while providing a quiet respite from the crowds when desired.
