Spectacular views (all stained-glass dining room) and 2 SWIMMING POOLS (hours 10 to 23,Jun/Sep) with landscaped area (very well-kept), 3 rooms facing the sea and large landscaped area. Two full bathrooms with bathtub. 45 min. from Barcelona and 30 from Girona airport. Very well equipped ,with air conditioning and heating. Gardens and playground next to the estate.

Apartment in the center, 4 minutes walk from the beach. Bright, spacious and very quiet, terrace with total privacy. Fully equipped and decorated to enjoy a relaxing vacation on the Costa Brava. JULY and AUGUST private parking is 200m INCLUDED. The rest of the year must be booked in advance for €12/day to activate access. There is free street parking on the street around. Renovated kitchen in April 2023 with all amenities.

Beachfront apartment, for 4 people.

Sea and beach proximity are the main strengths of the apartment. I recommend contemplating the dawn (the apartment is oriented to the southeast). You can also forget about your car : all the main shops are less than 200 mts from the apartment. Blanes is very well communicated with Barcelona : by train, one train every 30 minutes, to arrive in the center of Barcelona in 1h 20 and by road (70 km).
