Elegant Brooklyn style loft in the heart of Hamburg

Our loft is located in the backyard of a listed red clinker complex from the 1920s. We have an old light-flooded workshop with great attention to detail with metal and oak of high quality. We offer: - 5m high ceilings - a fully equipped open kitchen - a modern bathroom with rain shower - a spacious living area. On the gallery is the comfortable double bed. Please do not ask about events, filming or anything like that. Guests have access to the entire loft. We live only a few minutes away and are happy to be available to our guests as a contact person. Hoheluft-West is located in the heart of the city, less than two kilometers from the Schanzenviertel, three kilometers from the Alster and four kilometers from the harbor. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance. The subway stations Hoheluftbrücke (U3) and Schlump (U2) are only a few minutes away. Bus 181 stops almost directly in front of the building, and buses M4 and M5 stop less than 100m away. In the vicinity can be parked almost anywhere on the street. Smoking is not allowed in the loft. Smoking in front of the door is ok, but from 22:00 please do not talk loudly because of the neighbors. Never use the flower pots as an ashtray (someone has already done that...)!

Built in 2019, the penthouse is located in a quiet side street right in the city center of Kiel (3 minutes walk to the main train station). In addition to the approx. 75 sqm large, bright, open and generously cut living area, the apartment includes a large roof terrace and a balcony. The equipment and furniture is super high quality. E.G. Senseo coffee machine, SodaStream, large refrigerator ... My guests can use the streaming services maxdome and amazone PRIME free of charge on the TV.

Our beautiful, newly furnished loft apartment in one of the most beloved neighbourhoods of Hamburg, St. Pauli is now available. The loft is in a quiet, secluded ‘hof’ as they are called in Germany, with a private gate to the street which protects you from the hustle and bustle of the city even though you are just steps away from it all. The guest room is located in the rear wing of the Altstadthaus in a quiet lane. In the lower area of the open-plan studio, a (sleeping)sofa invites you to linger, and a kitchenette offers space to enjoy small meals. A narrow spiral staircase leads into the sleeping area under the roof, in which a cosy double bed is available, directly behind which you enter the small, modern bathroom. Quaint mini loft to get down near the Baltic Sea

The quaint basement apartment has a private entrance and bathroom with shower. About 15 minutes by car from Timmendorfer Strand or Scharbeutz or Lübeck. In the immediate vicinity is a large forest area where you can walk and walk. You'll love my place because of the coziness and the total coming down (not least because it's in the basement).
