It developed a prosperous agricultural economy thanks to wine, olive oil, wheat, horses… Only one book of Roman cuisine has come down to us. It was written by Apicius, the cook of the emperors Tiberius and Augustus. Inspired by these recipes, I offer you a unique taste experience, at home, around a fireplace or in the courtyard (depending on the season). But before that, we will meet at the Tower of the Ecorchoir, a historic site located 3 minutes walk from the house where you will discover a fresco evoking the ancient Arles in the 4th century. Back home, we will taste Roman dishes that I will have made for you: herbs and spices, cheeses, "patinas", salads with bold salty-sweet combinations, spicy fresh fruit desserts, stuffed dried fruits... Get ready for a Latin moment that you will not experience anywhere else! I will also tell you how the Romans cooked, which products they used, how they preserved food, what were their favorite spices, herbs and salted meats and the sauces they invented... With me, you will discover a 2000 year old totally unique and delicious moment, in the privacy of my humble home… Bon appétit! Other things to note The brunch that I propose to you develops associations of tastes and new perfumes, that the Romans liked. With curious taste buds of novelty, you will be enchanted by this experience!

Join us for a unique experience in "the belly of Toulouse" - the Marché Victor Hugo, Toulouse's largest covered market! You'll soon be eating your way through market staples like chocolatines (NOT pain au chocolate!), traditional baguettes, the only farm-to-counter foie gras in the market, cheese from a fromager-affineur (and learning what those words mean!), some of the best charcuterie in Toulouse, and more. Some items we'll taste immediately, but others go into my basket for our final destination: a specially-reserved "tonneau" at a wine seller in the market, where we'll pair our finds with local wines made from obscure grape varieties. We finish on a sweet note with some locally-produced dessert. No need for lunch afterwards! Along the way, you’ll learn about food and market history, get tips for finding the best products, cultural lessons (French toasting etiquette, anyone?), and context for what you’re tasting. When it's over, you'll get an email listing where we went and what we tasted, as well as any special recommendations you asked for. Other things to note: We'll be eating on our feet, no seating! Please alert me at least 24 hours in advance if you have food allergies or don't drink alcohol. Open-minded vegetarians can get by, but not vegans. Due to the high cost of providing a solo tour, we require a minimum of 2 people in order to be able to run a tour.

Once you arrive we will take some time to know each other and your knowledge of truffles in order to meet your expectations. We will then visit the arboretum truffle trees and will explain it to you. Then, we will focus on truffles. We will show you our showroom before letting you taste fresh truffles in one degustation. Let us know if you have any food allergy. Discover astrophotography in Occitanie and leave with beautiful pictures of the starry sky!

 The session will start with an overview of the different constellations to recognize certain stars or other objects that can be photographed. Once the gear is installed, I'll teach you how to use it, adjust the settings, and compose an amazing photo of the starry sky. I have multiple cameras, lenses and tripods that you can use, so you don't need to have yours. But if you have one, it's even better!

 In winter, the Orion constellation and its nebula is clearly visible all night and offers a great show to photograph! To be under the most beautiful sky possible, and to avoid light pollution from the surrounding cities, the outing will take place approximately 1 hour drive from Toulouse towards the Pyrenees (between Foix, Saint-Girons and Daumazan-sur-Arize). We embark from La Pigasse near Capestang, and glide along the stunning Canal with it's beautiful scenery. As the only group (2-6 guests)on my gorgeous boat, Sianga, you will enjoy an exclusive cruise with one to one hosting, with your drinks of choice and snacks. I will talk about the amazing history of the canal as we pass though the lovely villages of Argeliers and Le Somail. We will cruise down a beautiful avenue of natural forest and also cross an amazing aquaduct. There are comfortable chairs at the front of the boat for relaxing, sunbathing or just profiting from the superb ambience of this fabulous UNESCO World Heritage site. I will serve you a delicious 3 course homemade meal chosen from a short menu in advance, with drinks of your choice, as we cruise. We will turn at Le Somail and return to La Pigasse. You will leave feeling fully relaxed, in awe of this beautiful piece of history, and with new friends (I hope!). Soyez vigilants pour arriver à l'heure. Nous sommes vraiment dans la montagne, au pied du Pic du Midi. Même le GPS se trompe ... et n'oubliez pas qu'il faut marchez 5 mn pour arriver à la cabane de départ. Votre guide vous équipera avec un baudrier, une longe, mousquetons et casque. Quand vous êtes fin prêts, c'est l'heure de démarrer. De ponts de singe en passages en escalade, vous remonterez la rivière jusqu'à la grande cascade du Garet. Votre guide veillera sur vous. Ne soyez pas inquiets car des portes de sorties sont accessibles tout le long du parcours. Et de toute façon, tout le monde se retrouve pour les descentes en tyrolienne. Elles ramènent tout le monde à la cabane. Un beau moment et des souvenirs à la pelle. Il faudra compter entre 2h et 3 h pour le parcours complet. Les ateliers sont de difficulté croissante.C'est un mix entre les acrobranches traditionnels et les via ferrata. Si vous êtes un néophite, il vous faudra être plus concentré. Les cours durent 1h15 et seront basés sur trois pratiques : 1- Les Asanas : postures de Hatha Yoga 2- Le Pranayama : l'initiation à la respiration, travail respiratoire 3- La Relaxation :au sol, ou dans une posture tenue D'autres aspects du Yoga, comme la méditation, les Kryas (pratiques de purification et de nettoyage) et le chant, Pourrons être pratiqués. Bienvenue dans l'univers de la magie verte ! Pendant une heure et demi, vous allez faire connaissance les noms des fleurs séchées auxquelles vous allez réaliser un bouque ainsi qu'une décoration murale, dans la convivialité ! ​ Déroulement du stage (1h30): - Explication de la méthode utilisée pour sécher les fleurs et pour créer un bouquet - Découverte des symboles/noms que représentent les fleurs et les plantes. - Je vous guide à réaliser un bouquet ainsi qu'une décoration murale. -Je vous donnerai également des idées de création avec d'autres matières naturelles comme des graines, écorces ou bois flottant. - Boissons chaudes (thé ou café) offertes - Vous repartirez avec vos créations
