Charming apartment 60m², 3 rooms, large living room with kitchen, small bedroom on the garden level and beautiful bedroom under attic upstairs. It is a farmhouse which dates from the seventeenth century, completely renovated, isolated with ecological materials. The area is quiet, the tram line is 5 mins walk, the historic town center 20 mins walk. Any business nearby. We live in the house next door, on the same courtyard and want to remain very available for our guests.
