Off the Beaten Path

Our home is located on 5 acres in the middle of farms yet we are 10 minutes from shopping and a large variety of restaurants. Tampa International Airport is 50 minutes away so we have the best of both worlds. We enjoy the quiet beauty of the countryside but can be in Tampa for theatre in minutes. Hernando county boasts of some of the best golf courses in the area. We have a walking/biking trail 2 minutes from the house. Two State parks are 10 miles away and are a great way to spend the day.

Weeki Wachee cottage that sleeps 4. Bedroom has a king and the couch pulls out and sleeps 2. Plenty of space outside to park your boat, trailer, or toys. There is a 10x20 RV pad with 30A hookup available for extra. No dump station. Two kayaks, fish cleaning table, fire pit, horseshoes, cornhole, netted gazebo, smartTV, propane grill, board games, laundry. 1 dog (50lbs). Hammock outside. WW Springs Park- 3 min drive. Rogers Park - 6 mins /Jenkins, & Linda P are 7 mins. Bayport Park 10 min.

Stay at our hidden mini-farm! A 2017 Camper with a queen sized Murphy bed, 2 bunk beds, and a couch bed. Free wake-up calls provided by our Peacocks. Walk our nature path in the mornings. Feed the piggy, goats, mini zebu or mini-horses treats, and meet our cats, dogs, reptiles, birds, and squirrel! Swim in our pool in the forest. Relax by the fire. NO SMOKING 🚭 on the property. This tiny/efficiency size home is right on the water. Large canal that leads into the Weeki Wachee River. Just a few minutes in one of the kayaks or canoe included with the home and you’re in the crystal clear spring fed waters of the main river and Hospital Hole dive destination (Google it).
