The Little House on Sanford

Our guest house is next door to our home and farm. A one-story, 2 bedroom with a newly remodeled bathroom and cottage style amenities is simple but includes some more modern touches for entertainment a comfort. Trails through the field and woods are available during the Summer and hunting off-season. Pets are welcome but must be leashed at all times when outdoors. This area gets a significant amount of snow during the Winter but is right off the highway and a straightforward drive to Lake Erie.

Lake Erie rental with incredible sunsets on a dead end safe and quiet area with a short walk to homeowners association private beach with pavillion and porta potty. The home features a 3 bedroom 1 full bath ranch style home with full dry basement. There is a deck overlooking Lake Erie with panoramic views, also a deck in the back yard with a gas grill and lots of yard for playing yard games with private drive all on level ground absolutely no pets! or animals due to severe allergies! Lovely apartment above The Yoga House

The Yoga House is about peace and serenity! We have a Smart Tv and wifi, but no cable. The upper floor is devoted to overnight stay with a kitchen, bedroom,living room and bathroom. You have a separate entrance over top of our Yoga House. Your entrance is to the left and around the back. There are steps as this is on the 2nd floor. We are located just a few miles from Conneaut Township Park with a lovely beach and waterfront dining. There is also many excellent wineries in the area.
