Welcome to our warm and inviting historic farm home. Enjoy a quaint and cozy stay with easy access to Athens, UGA, Madison, Monroe, and Watkinsville. You will enjoy the entire second floor. The space offers two bedrooms with a queen bed in each, a third room with a double bed that can be used as a bedroom or common room, and a full bathroom with an antique claw foot tub and shower. There's no access to the downstairs. You can also relax on the front porch or back deck overlooking 9 wooded acres.

This light & airy studio is on our 2 acre lot separate and private from our house. In a safe neighborhood, 15-20 minutes to Athens, it has a cozy private back porch. Please note: a positive host review needed to book. Has queen bed, full bath, internet, TV & Apple TV box and kitchen nook with a sink, hotplate, microwave and small frig (no full stove or grill). This is a recently renovated, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, historical house built in 1905 that sleeps up to 6 guests. It is located on the main street that runs through downtown Monroe, GA and is near several antique malls. It is one block from The Factory at Walton Mill wedding venue and two streets away from The Engine Room wedding venue. For the adventurous, SkyDive Monroe is only one mile away. It is approximately a 30 minute drive to the University of Georgia campus for all the Dawgs fans!
