The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

The surfing sandy beaches of Saunton, Croyde, Woolacombe and Putsborough are only a short drive away, as is Saunton Golf Club and Braunton Burrows, the largest sand dune system in England. The bus stop to the beaches or to Ilfracombe, Barnstaple and beyond is at the bottom of the road.
