Cottage on natural grounds and close to the water.

The house is located in scenic surroundings on a closed road and therefore here is peace and quiet. In the winter months there is a view to the sea located 400m from the house. There are good nature trails along the coast and in the forest. The house is located by the nature park Mols Bjerge and close to Rønde town with good shopping and dining. Der is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchenette and a living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. There are two covered terraces.

Every year since its opening in 2008, the golf course has been rated one of the absolute best in DK and is designed by Robert Trent Jones II. The holiday home is located close to Lübker Square, which offers access with 50% discount for fitness, spa, swimming pool and wellness. Close to beautiful Ebletoft, the city of smiles Aarhus, a stone's throw from Djurs Sommerland and close to Randers Rainforest, Ree Park, Scandinavian Zoo etc.

Cozy, newly renovated village house close to the sea

Marie Søgaard's house (125 m2) is located in the village of Store Sjørup, 1/2 km from the sea. New quality beds, duvets, and pillows. (The two beds on the 1st floor are separated by a 3/4 wall). Fully equipped kitchen. New washer and dryer. Private garden with lawn. Cozy pergola for 6-8 people under the roof for dinner in the evening foam ring. Gas grill. Playhouse and rocking rack in enclosed courtyard. Bed linen with towels can be rented for 140, - per set. Extra towels and final cleaning are included in the price.

The house is part of a 3 longed country estate without animals, but separately. Forest, lake and beach within walking distance. Gjerrild N. Strand is child friendly, wide sandy beach and blue flag. We are located 3 km from Gjerrild town, where there is a grocery store with a large selection, 14 from Grenå, 19 km from Djurs Sommerland, Bønnerup harbour approx. Heat source is air to air, there is a small dishwasher, coffee maker and washing machine and otherwise what should be in a kitchen of utensils.
