はじめまして。2023年11月から本格的に民泊を始めました。札幌駅から車で約15分の閑静な地域に佇む築約40年の１棟アパートの2階の1部屋です。生活必需品は一通り揃っています。私達は、同じアパートに住んでいますので、何かあればすぐに対応します。また、お時間が合いましたら、一緒に出かけたり、ゲストの方々とお食事をして楽しんでいます。札幌駅から3駅のJR新川駅から徒歩10分、地下鉄南北線北24条駅から徒歩約20分という少し不便な場所ですが、車通りは少なく、静かに過ごせます。コンビニエンスストアまで徒歩5分、ドラッグストアまで徒歩4分、スーパーまで徒歩10分と生活には便利な場所です。また、電車で2駅行くと大型スーパーや温泉施設があります。隣の畑は、春～秋にかけて直売所がオープンされます。【送迎について】宿泊初日と最終日はできる限り新川駅まで車(ジムニー)で送迎させて頂きます。時間が合わなければすみません。大人数の場合、荷物が多い場合は数回に分けて送ります。 Wi-Fi完備、専用のキッチン・バストイレがありますの長期滞在・テレワークの方大歓迎です。

This inn was created by the owner, an interior enthusiast who shares information on Insta with 30,000 followers. We have furniture and lighting from the 1950s and 1960s that I love. 3 minutes walk to Sakaimachi Street, the most popular spot in Otaru. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery and delicious food as much as you want. The view is so good that you can't believe it's on the first floor, and it's very safe. 小樽の小高い山にある、海と山が一望できる民泊ezora、刻々と景色が変わり、ずっと眺めていたくなる景色は忘れることができない思い出になります。お部屋は全リフォームしたのでとてもきれいです。洋室は2部屋ありますので、ご家族やグループでも自分の時間を保つことができます。調理器具や洗濯機はそろっており、WI-FIもあるので、長期滞在のご利用も多いです。小樽や札幌の中間にあり、高速ICからも近いので遠出の観光もしやすいです。お車がないと不便な場所ですが、銭函駅からタクシーを利用することもできます。冬期間は四駆であれば軽自動車でも登ってこられますが大雪の際は除雪が入るまでは移動ができません。犬は二匹まで一緒に宿泊OK！(別料金2000円、犬種問わず）犬宿泊同意書のサインが必要になりますので予約時に内容をお送りします。（狂犬病予防注射接種、ワクチン接種必須等）※猫は不可
