From August 2020 we opened the doors of this new holiday home. The house is located very centrally on the outskirts of Koudekerke. The house is located in a unique place with its own garden and terrace. It is modernly furnished and equipped with every comfort. The downstairs floor has a bathroom, luxury kitchen and cozy seating area. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms, make-up beds, toilet and storage closet. Completely renovated luxury guest suite with breakfast

In 2018, we bought our dream home. During the complete renovation, we decided to furnish the extension as a guest house. We are proud of the result and would like to share it with you! The apartment is luxurious and cozy furnished with as many original materials as possible from the old house. The garden will please you with its own private terrace and lawn. In the center of Middelburg is this apartment with views of the iconic abbey tower. It has a private entrance and is located above our lunch room which is open from 10am to 5.30 pm. The apartment is completely private and suitable for 4 people with the possibility of a 5th person if necessary. There is a bedroom with separate sink and built-in wardrobes and two sleeping lofts with a height of 1.80 meters. This is ideal for children, but also suitable for (young) adults.

"The old meule" was built in 1877, which we have made into a cozy bed and breakfast. Completely in style, equipped with kitchen incl. oven, induction cooking plate, fridge and dishwasher, 3 bedrooms ( 1 equipped with sink and circulation of the mill), shower incl. rain shower, separate toilet, smart TV and WiFi available. At the back space to sit and barbecue. Also there is a private free parking space. A delicious full breakfast is included.

The beach is 30 minutes away by bike (bike rental within walking distance) or 10 minutes by car. And with its own free parking space in the months of April to September at the back of the loft.
