My apartment is located at the foot of tram line 2 (Fabron stop), 15 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the center (avenue Jean Médecin). Public bicycles are just outside the residence. At the foot of the accommodation: supermarket, bakery, beach at 80 meters. The kitchen has all the amenities you need. The large terrace allows you to enjoy the sun all year round! There is free parking about 500 meters from the apartment. The cat moved out😁.

Nice studio in central Nice

This is my third flat I have on Airbnb. Everything is brand new inside the apartment as seen in the pictures. The good thing about this flat is that it has the kitchen separate from the room. The apartment is located on 3rd floor and it has 2 big windows. The building is very quiet as are very few apartments in the building. There is an elevator in the building too.
