Bring sunblock and sandals to a remodeled cottage near the beach. An upgraded kitchen, along with bunk beds in the second bedroom, make this ideal for young families. The house is in Newport Beach, next to a park and basketball court. One of the best surfing and all-ages beach locations is nearby. Walk to shops, restaurants, and coffee shops and the pier.

One short block from the sand in a classic remodeled 60's beach house. Stylish and uncluttered with everything you need.
