Life in nature can hardly be more beautiful. Since 2020 New and almost finished you can switch off nicely and enjoy nature - it is quite active here. Whether strolling through the meadow, sitting on the pallet furniture outside or letting your soul dangle. Non-smoking house JACUZZI from Nov - March not usable ! Definitely !

Durch die dicken Wände ist die Wohnung auch am heißen Tagen angenehm kühl. Gehobene Ausstattung. 50 Quadratmeter. Renoviertes Bad mit Bodenheizung. 100m/bits Internet. Prime,Disney+ vorhanden. Kingsize Doppelbett ,Queensize Doppelbett und kleine Schlafcouch. Wohnung wurde neu renoviert. Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine alles da.

Loving apartment

This little gem is surrounded by beautiful nature with hills, rocks and rivers. In a very quiet location with separate entrance and private staircase. From the covered sitting area, there is a view of meadows and fields. Artistically designed and lovingly decorated down to the last detail. At the gates of Regensburg with train station and highway connection to Munich, Nuremberg, Bavarian Forest and Czech Republic. Hiking, climbing, boating and biking right from the front door.

The modern, bright attic apartment is quiet and sunny on the outskirts of Dietfurt. There is a spacious kitchen-living room , 1 bedroom and daylight bathroom with corner tub and balcony with seating. "Digital Detox" is top of mind with us (conscious waiver of wifi). The apartment has a wired connection. A car parking is right in front of the house. Die Ferienwohnung ist im 2023/24 neu renovierten Dachgeschoss eines denkmalgeschützten großen Hauses ( nach einen Großbrand 2022 im Haus wurde alles von Grund auf saniert) . Sie ist gut ausgestattet, gemütlich und bietet viel Platz auch für Familien mit Kindern. WLAN, TV und eine Spielecke gehören zur Ausstattung. Ebenso eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Bad mit Dusche und WC. Hunde können mitgebracht werden, es gibt zwei Katzen im Haus: Mimi und Sally.

Welcome to our little chalet. Just seven minutes from the highway exit Lenting and seven kilometers from the Ingolstadt city center, you can enjoy nature and relax. The little wooden house is in the countryside. Whether in the 38-degree hot tub, in the pool in the summer to cool off or simply by the romantic fireplace - you will arrive here and feel good. Bathrobes, sheets and towels are included. Bakeries and shops are about 5 min. walk away

The apartment is designed for 1-2 persons to relax and vacation. Amenities: large bed /Smart TV/ kitchenette, 2 hotplates/sink/ oven/kettle/sandwich maker Bathroom: shower/sink/toilet Backyard with loungers, chairs, umbrella, table of a fire pit, privacy... Opposite is the Kuchlbauer Brewery of the Hundertwasser Tower and associated Kunsthaus. Just as close to our river and the old town. In my pictures, the current event plan is always:-)
