Garden Apartment Central Nelson

A few steps from the Nelson Cathedral in a historic part of the city, we offer a unique self-contained holiday apartment on the ground floor. The central business district is just a 2 minute walk away where you will find an array of café's, bars, restaurants, shops and recreational facilities. The apartment is quiet and private with a beautiful garden outlook and sleeps a couple plus one in comfort. Children stay free. There is a designated on-street car park directly in front of the house. With The Abel Tasman, and Nelson Lakes National Parks just a 1.5 hour drive, this is a fantastic location from which to explore the Nelson region. We assume that guests will be fully vaccinated against Covid 19 and we can not accept bookings from unvaccinated people

"Seas The Moment" - The Commodore Suite

Situated under ten minutes drive to City, Beach, Golf Course, Airport. Overlooks the sea, mountains, beach. The Commodore Suite, situated on the entrance level of our house, is sunny, very warm, light and airy. One bedroom, bathroom, living area & kitchenette with 2 hobs, microwave, slow cooker, air fryer and bench top grill. BBQ available on the upper deck as is use of that deck. Washer and dryer available in our living area which guests always welcome to use. Not suitable for children.

Sunny Villa Apartment in the Central City

My place is a sunny, charming bijou apartment in an 1880's villa just 10 min walk to the historical cathedral with cafés, alfresco dining & famous Nelson Saturday market close by. I'm also near the Maitai river with cycle-paths, walks, swimming & picnics. I have a little private outdoor garden area with table & chairs, BBQ Grill, fresh herbs, grapes & feijoas. My place sleeps 2 in comfort, the bathroom is en suite. If you are 3, there is also a fold-out chair bed and extra bedding. Enjoy!

The best of both worlds! A quiet 1/2 acre sanctuary with extensive views out to sea but only a short distance to town. Completely separate lockable access to a generously sized, sunny studio apartment, with undercover parking next to your entrance. A mountain bike park on the back doorstep or a scenic walk into town. The walk back up is steep and requires moderate fitness. Otherwise sit back and drink in the view or wander in the garden. Breakfast of home made muesli/yoghurt and toast.

We believe it's the little things that count when staying in holiday accommodation so we have equipped our apartment with luxury linen, furnishings, SKY TV, DVD, Smart TV with Neon, Prime and Disney channel , Nespresso machine, BBQ and Wifi. A large self-contained apartment on the lower level of our family home, it has off street parking and its own private entrance. The apartment includes a bedroom (king bed), bathroom, open plan dining, kitchenette and lounge. The property overlooks Tasman Bay with views to the Mountains and Sea. Six minutes’ drive to CBD, 15 minutes to the airport. We are walking distance to the waterfront cafes and restaurants and to Tahuna beach.

Nile Street studio.

Central Nelson self-contained studio in quiet area, 1 block from the botanical garden, art gallery and a short walk from town centre, bars and restaurants. Own entrance, off street parking. 15mins from the airport. We have just finished extensions to the house although this does not affect the studio space, the driveway and landscaping have yet to be completed.
