Located in sunny Cutten in a quiet, safe neighborhood on a street that dead ends. It is within walking distance to beautiful Sequoia Park. Guest suite with private entrance and small yard. This is a one bedroom with a queen size bed. There is an additional queen sofa bed in the living room. There is one bathroom and a full kitchen. My guest space is a private room tucked away in the back of my house in a primo area of Eureka. The room has a private entrance off the backyard, with an attached full bath. I offer keyless entry for ease of convenience. Guests can enjoy the attached deck off the room and relax in a peaceful yard. The room is a burst of color to contrast with the gray days in Humboldt. The room is a short walk to the zoo, hiking trails, hospitals, shopping and restaurants and much more.

It's located down a quiet country road that feels far away from town but is only 4 easy miles from Arcata, home of Cal Poly Humboldt, and 6 miles to Eureka.
