The apartment is located just 20 minutes walk from the city center and 15 minutes from the Flora Exhibition Center, where various events take place. The bus stop is 1-2 minutes from the house and has direct links to both the city and the train station. Just across the street from the house are groceries and a pub. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a huge sofa, where even 4 people can sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances. There is a balcony overlooking Svatý Kopeček. Quiet location for work and family.

All household amenities including coffee maker, dishwasher, washer, PlayStation 5, Netflix, HBO Max, spacious refrigerator, oven, etc. Ideal especially for couples - a quality comfortable double bed in the bedroom. Sights, theaters, restaurants, sports grounds, university, museums, galleries, entertainment-all within walking distance of a few minutes. Lamella grids, mattresses, and memory foam pillows are commonplace. :-)

Beautiful apartment with whirlpool bath for 2 people (under servis) A few min walk to the center... right next to Flora Park and Pavilion A Flora. At the tram station stop "Wolkerova". Not far from the Hospital. Fully equipped kitchen, fridge, microwave, washing machine, iron, hairdryer. Free parking in front of the house (already behind the paid zone). Free internet - wifi. The disadvantage is 5 floor without elevator :-) .. At present, the building is undergoing insulation and a new façade.

Parkování je možné na ulici před domem zdarma. Toto ubytování je bezbariérové a nabízí naprosté soukromí. Dům se nachází na okraji Olomouce v klidné lokalitě u řeky Bystřice, která je lemovaná cyklostezkou. Výborné na procházky a je zde i malé dětské hřiště. Ubytování je vhodné pro rodiny s dětmi i domácími mazlíčky.
