"The Old House"

On the idyllic Sæøneset Gardens, lies the "Gamlehuset". With panoramic views of the majestic "Sunnmørsalpane", lies the garden that has been in the family for several generations. Sæneset gard is located in Hjørundfjorden in Ørsta municipality. The "Old House" is centrally located on the smallholding, and is equipped with all amenities you need. The tunet has no through traffic. The garden is located close to the sea and has its own harbor, naust, fireplace etc., and is within walking distance of Söjaø city centre.

It is exactly what you can experience in Jølet, the cabin that is special to provide an optimal sense of close proximity to nature. On the edge of a pond, created by the river a thousand years old to reach the fjord, weave the cabin partly on the terrain. Located completely by itself without close neighbors, but overlooking cultural landscapes and rural areas, this is a perfect city both for relaxation and activity.

Welcome to our new holiday house. This is the only house that is completely at sea side in this region. It's a great place for just relaxing, and enjoying the fabulous view, but also an excellent starting point for sightseeing, hiking, swimming or fishing in the fjord/river. Skiing and several other activities are easily available in the area, dependig on season. Excelent for couple and family(s) with kids. Beautiful new cottage with all facilities. Here everything is ready for a fantastic stay. Short way to most things, Trollstigen, Trollveggen, Atlanterhavsveien, Romsdalseggen, Molde. Or just sit on the front porch to enjoy the view and watch the cruise ships sail by. The cottage is a perfect starting point for summit hikes summer and winter in beautiful Rauma with its majestic mountains. Short way to beautiful Skorgedalen with ski lifts trails in the winter.
