A 10 cuadras de unos de los parques más bonitos, "Parque Rodó" A 4 de la Avenida principal "18 de Julio" 8 cuadras de la terminal más importante " Tres cruces" La ubicación, la gente, el ambiente, las zonas exteriores, el barrio, hacen de éste un lugar muy especial.. Bright brand new house, with garden with games, special for family with children. In a quiet neighborhood, 2 blocks from the Rambla ,in the Diving, near W.Trade Center and Montevideo Shopping. Very good locomotion for all sides. The airport bus is 2 blocks away. In addition to shopping, there are other supermarkets nearby, pharmacy, museums, nice places to eat and the Rambla, beautiful for walks and with its beaches. Place to enjoy and be able to study or work at the desk.

Located in an excellent area of Palermo., quiet, with good mobility, near the Rodo Park, Centro y CIudad VIeja located in front of the rambla has nice sea views, green spaces around it. The neighborhood is well equipped with services, supermarket, restaurants, hairdressers, laundry, change, etc. Palermo a neighborhood with a strong candombe culture, and drums on the weekends.
