The 1857 built house stands right by Oder Neisse bicycle path and 5 minutes drive from highway 11. The flat has direct access to the lake and separate entry at the back and own garden. The house is located in a small village of 170 inhabitants . Free use of 2 kayaks (single and double) and bicycles. Breakfast can be served at €8 per person. We serve lunch and evening meals @9. Our house is right by the forest. Neighbors are only a few weeks a year. The house/plot has approx.130 m² of living space, a total of 1670 m² of plot area, partly fenced ( the green area in front of the plot is not fenced), so that a dog brought with him can also turn his rounds once alone. A garden with beach basket, a Buddel box for the little ones, a chill corner and sun loungers is available. Peace and nature are advantageous.

Ein Hide Away im Grünen! Ein kleiner aber feiner Bauwagen auf der kleinen Farm, inmitten der Uckermark. Der Wagen steht auf einem Bauernhof in Dorfrandlage auf 1,3h großem Grundstück. Der Uckersee ist Luftlinie etwa 500m entfernt (Straße länger!) , Prenzlau knapp 2km. Im Haupthaus stehen eine kleine Gästeküche und ein eigenes Duschbad bereit. Perfekt um dem Stress der Stadt zu entfliehen!
