The apartment, which has WI-FI, is on the second floor of an entirely renovated historic building, equipped with an elevator. It covers a total area of 130 square metres on a single level, plus another 40 square metres of terrace which can be accessed from an elegant staircase in the living room. Inside there are two bedrooms equipped with double beds (160x200 in one and 140x200 in the other), air conditioning, heating and televisions also equipped with satellite antenna (at the time of the photos they were not yet present), two bathrooms equipped with shower, a large and elegant living room also furnished with Sicilian details, equipped with a double sofa bed (can be used on request at an additional cost of 20 euros per person) and a screen, also equipped with air conditioning and TV, communicating through a large opening with the kitchen area equipped with oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, a breakfast table and anythingelse needed to make you feel at home; there is also a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, so as to comfortably allow even long stays. The large terrace furnished with umbrella is ideal for spending pleasant moments. Location: Ten minutes from the main station and taxi rank, located in the heart of the historic centre, between Via Maqueda and Via Roma, a few steps from some of the city's main monuments, including: Piazza Pretoria, the church of Martorana and that of Santa Caterina, the Quattro Canti (crossroads of ancient Palermo), the Cathedral and the Royal Palace, to name just a few of the beautiful monuments that are part of the Arab-Norman route ( recognised UNESCO heritage). A short walk from the historic markets of Vucciria and Ballarò, but still located in a quiet and silent setting. In the evening, the nearby squares of Sant'Anna and Vucciria come alive, becoming the ideal place for a pleasant aperitif and an opportunity to meet and exchange cultures.

Split into three levels, the apartment sits on the second and top floors of a landmark building that itself has been recently refurbished, maintaining the original style and atrium entrance of buildings typical of Old Palermo Town. The first floor landing has a stylish area with plenty of storage for suitcases, prams, etc. Up the stairs on the first floor are the bedroom and en-suite bathroom with rain-shower, and the adjacent living area with a sofa bed and a balcony ensuring plenty of natural light in the room. On the top floor is the kitchen and dining area, and a spacious sunny terrace with a beautiful view of the town, mountains and sea. Spacious Apt in Best Area with StunningTerrace

The apt is literally downtown, set in a lovely street with lots restaurants and cafes in the historic heart of Palermo, just around the corner of Teatro Massimo. Although it's right in the middle of all the restaurants and night life you can't really hear any noise once inside of the apt. The place is spacious, stylish with full equipped kitchen, heating, air conditioned and an amazing view of St' Ignazio Church from the terrace. The apt is on the 4 floor in an ancient building without elevator.

Panoramic apartment near Palermo Cathedral. The apartment is just off the main street of Palermo’s historical centre, a short walk from the station and airport bus. A modern kitchen and dining/lounge area leads on to a terrace with a breathtaking view of San Salvatore church. A staircase leads up a medieval tower to a sitting room with the bed in an alcove, the shower/toilet and another large terrace.
