Design Studio Apartment mit Klimaanlage in der Innenstadt mit unglaublichem Blick über Dresden. Die Stadt liegt euch zu Füßen. Direkt am Kraftwerk Mitte, der Staatsoperette und dem Theater der jungen Generation. Mehr geht kaum. In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht Ihr alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Innenstadt. Da ich meine Wohnung nicht durchgehend nutze vermiete ich diese in der freien Zeit an Menschen die meinen Geschmack und Stil teilen und ein paar schöne Tage dort verbringen wollen.

Apartment with a nice view from the 4th floor of a wilhelminian historic building just across a small park, 12 walking minutes from the Old City Centre, 500m from the trainstation and 300m from the Elbe River. The interior is nordic-elegant, with a small bedroom, living room with Couch (could sleep 2 more persons), small balcony, modern and fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and a small corridor. The view from the apartment rewards the long stairs up to the 4th floor.

Our apartment is equipped with everything your heart desires. It is located in the western district of Dresden Cossebaude. Near the apartment there are various shopping facilities and activities (bakery, butcher, supermarket, bank, outdoor pool, fitness center). Bus and train can be reached on foot in 5 min. and by train (13 min), bus (30 min, runs every 20 min also at night) or car (15 min) in Dresden city center. The Elbe Trail can be reached by bike within 5 minutes.

We would like to welcome you in our cozy and quiet apartment in the district of Pleißa. The apartment is conveniently located. Due to the proximity to the highway A4 and A72 you can quickly get to cities such as Dresden, Leipzig and Jena, or to the beautiful Westerzgebirge. Chemnitz City can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Just around the corner there is a nice playground for fun. On many cycling and hiking trails you can explore the area.

Shopping and the interior are in the immediate vicinity and are a 10-minute walk away. In the apartment you will find everything you need for a short or longer stay. In addition to fast internet (50mbit fiber) you have a small kitchenette, as well as a bathroom with shower and you can use my Netflix account free of charge via the large smart TV.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit sehr guten Anbindungen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Von hier aus seid Ihr schnell in der City aber ebenso schnell im Landschaftsschutzgebiet. Viel Spaß hier in Dresden :). Ps. Wir vermieten in der Regel nicht für gewerbliche Gäste. TV nur Netflix :)
