Due to allergies sorry unable to host animals. Non smoker and no unexpected guest or parties This adorable private suite and private entrance is on a lake with a beautiful view! Bed is in same room as living space. Neighborhood is quiet and lovely. Centrally located and only 7 miles W. of Hwy 27, 3 miles from Hwy 50.South Lake Hospital is 7 miles away, along with other Medical facilities. close to Orlando, Leesburg and Winter Garden. Disney is approx 13 miles away. NTC Is approx 8 miles away.

Sport venues: 15 minutes to the National Training Center & Clermont Sportsplex, 5 to Montverde Academy. Fl attractions: 90-120 minutes to many beaches. Pick your beach, I'll help with supplies! 45 minutes from most theme parks. Our little town has a walking trail that leads to a lake where one can usually spot an alligator.
