Visitaremos una Fábrica de Tequila Artesanal. Where we will know the process of making the drink and tryimos of its white Tequila, Reposado y Añejo. Also Visit Mundo Cuervo. In the historic center of Tequila Jalisco, you will know its emblematic places such as the Santiago Apostol parish, the Plaza Principal, the giant letters and the most famous factory shops of tequila. We will have 2 hours of free time so they can eat and continue tasting tequilas. From there we go to the swing and lookout of agaves. In the fields of agave you can take that beautiful photo of the memory and get to know more about the Agave Azul Tequilana Weber plant. We continue our tour to the famous Cantaritos del Guero in Amatitan Jalisco, another very beautiful village in our state. Explore Chapultepec Forest on foot and by bike to get to know one of the biggest parks in the world and learn about the history and culture of this wonderful place. You have the help of a local who shares his country with many visitors and a bicycle to lighten the effort. Our meeting point will be at Campos Eliseos St., where I will give you an urban bike (we do not use electric bikes) with helmet, lighting and reflecting vest that you will have at your service. You will get familiar with the bike on a safe initial tour of the central camel or sidewalk of Paseo de la Reforma, we will enter the Park and drive directly to Chapultepec Castle. We will walk up to the Castle showing you the interiors and admiring the murals and works of the National History Museum. We will continue to ride the tour to the Forest and the Zoo and from there we will leave for Los Pinos, to walk through the presidential house. We will be biking for lunch at Casa Tlalli where I will invite you a full meal and drink. We will roam both Floating Avenues to take in the scenery of this area of Mexico City, and tour the second section to visit the Environmental Culture Center. We will ride back at the meeting point.

During this experience, you will learn to cook the famous "tacos al pastor" with my dad, a professional instructor and culinary artist, who will share his tips and recipes with you. We'll meet at the local market to buy ingredients and learn more about Mexican spices and food. Then we'll return to my family home, where you will learn how to marinate the meat for the tacos. You will prepare red salsa, green salsa, and guacamole, and make your own tortillas on the traditional Mexican "Comal"—a smooth, flat griddle. After a journey, on a ground transportation, of more than 8km in the middle of the jungle, we will immerse ourselves in a cave and underground river system for a guided exploration, crossing the most surreal rock formations. Helmets well screwed on the head, and water shoes on, we will let our lights pierce the darkness and silence to make way for a world as ancient as magical. During the first part of the visit, which is mainly conducted walking and does not require any specific swimming level, you will understand the deep relationships that link the Mayan civilization and the jungle to the majestic Cenotes. Welcome to my home, your home! I'm Mimi Lopez Hernandez and the first thing we will do is cook our own sauce for our authentic Oaxacan breakfast. Then we will learn about the organic ingredients that we will use in our traditional Oaxaca recipe: one of the famous seven moles of Oaxaca and some delicious tamales in the style of our valley; we will make a toast with mezcal to start the experience and hands to work. Oaxacan cuisine is world represented by famous dishes that we can prepare and so you know a little more about our way of eating them, these dishes will be the ones you will take in your heart and you will learn how to do it from the beginning to the end. We will meet at our office at dowtown area close to Zocalo at 8 am(English 8 am / Spanish 9am ) or we can pick you up at your place if you close downtown area or somewhere in between (if available ), Once our group is ready our transportation (up to the size of the group) will drives us to the archaeological site of Monte Alban(30 minutes from the City approx), one of the most important archaeologicald sites of Mexico, and with one of the most beautiful views of Oaxaca. We will do a guided tour (1-1.30hrs, sometimes 2 hrs if you have many questions ), sharing what we the like most about the place,history , as well as the pyramides and musseum And after the guided tour you will have free time to explore and enjoy the site. ( 1hr minimun, if you would like to stay longer , you can take one of our shuttles back to the city every full hour , just let us know so as share more info about it ) At the meeting point we will be back to the city and be drop of at the main square of oaxaca city

Akumal is the "Place of the Turtles" in the Mayan language. This sanctuary is a refuge and protected area for sea turtles. We are Martín and Melqui local guides, who grew up since we were children in this local community. It is a privilege for us to take you to snorkel and swim with white and green turtles, hopefully colorful fish, coral reef, rays, squid, and barracudas.
