I'll welcome you into my home and the first thing we'll do is have our mate session! Sipping on mate is a tradition that is deeply rooted in Argentine culture and I'd love to teach you all about it. As you enjoy this wonderful ritual that's part of our daily life you'll also have some delicious tortafritas. Next, you'll be given an apron and off to wash our hands we'll go. During our hands-on experience, you'll learn how to make corn and meat empanadas; ensalada rusa, a salad that we always eat in our meetings and events; and chocotorta, a traditional dessert that is so good and easy to prepare! When our empanadas are ready, we'll enjoy this fantastic scrumptious dish with great wine, followed by our amazing chocotorta. You'll be absolutely delighted by the result of your hard work! From beginning to end, you'll be tasting Argentina's culture. Mate, tortafritas, empanadas, wine and chocotorta are part of our life. It's not what we eat in restaurants. We will hike in one of the most beautiful and breathtaking trails in Mendoza, to find a nice spot in nature and share a lunch with the best views of high mountains glaciers, local fauna and the lower valleys. The dificult level and how longs it take, depends on you :) Of course i will share with you some tips to help you to improve your adaptation to altitude and find a proper pace. The maximum group size is 3 people, almost like a private tour. We go to an area where normally there are no other humans, which gives us more chances to observe wildlife.

We will start early in the morning, we will look for them for the place where they are staying. We will visit three wineries in total in Luján de Cuyo. We chose the wineries carefully to provide the best experience, we try to escape the wineries with a lot of marketing to be able to offer the best private experience. We are looking for wineries with the best human quality and a wide variety of wines to offer with the best quality. Each winery is different from the other so they don't stop surprising everywhere. We will have a lunch that includes drink, entrance, main course and dessert, all paired with different wines. After that, we will return to our beloved city. Voy a mostrarte lo que sé, lo aprendido y experimentado... el recorrido de la arcilla, diferentes formas de construir piezas, objetos, cómo terminarla, con la posibilidad de que te lleves una pieza realizada por vos, que se entregará a partir de los 20 dias de realizada la experiencia o se enviará al domicilio a cargo del visitante, según se coordine con Uds! Es mucho más que una clase de cerámica, la idea es compartir...conocimientos, charlas, risas y un rico té o café; para que te lleves un pedacito de mi taller y de lo que significa este oficio de la cerámica. ¡Siempre sintiendote como en casa!
