Dans un environnement clame. Aux portes de Royan près des cures de Saujon .Vous serez accueilli dans une maison de 70 m2 sans mitoyenneté ,de plein pied ,aux normes personne à Mobilité réduite, pour 4 personnes avec bébé. Proches des plages de Royan, de nombreuses activités à faire et sites à visiter.(Village de Talmont, Meschers, Ile d'Oléron, Fort Boyard, Ile d'Aix, Ile de Ré, 20 km du zoo de La Palmyre..) Ideal for 6 people + 1 baby for whom equipment is loaned (folding crib, highchair, bathtub) Access to the owner's pool to share with another gite and not adjoining the accommodation.

In Royan (5 minutes from the beach and the city center by car) I offer you this pretty 110 m2 full-foot house, totally tastefully renovated this winter 2022-23, with its beautiful 400 m2 wooded garden not overlooked. The house is spacious, bright and warm. It feels good. It includes a large living-dining room and open kitchen crossing, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets including a separate one. This is the perfect place to have a great stay in our beautiful town of Royan.
