Nice ocean-view villa

The villa is located in a heavenly place between the sea and the mountains. There is an immense forest at 500m for those who like hiking. The terrace is very large with a pergola and barbecue, the pool is 9x4.5. Beautiful ocean views from the house, and solarium with more views. Beaches 3km, 4km, shops 3km. Bars and restaurants 1 km away. Ideal for families looking for tranquility. Suitable for remote work with a 50mg wiffi, which is available at 100mg. Very comfortable also in winter with a pellet fireplace.

The Guest House is in a lovely garden with carp pond and pool. It is self contained with its own access from a quiet road. It is situated in Javea Old Town and you can walk to the old church and indoor food market in 5 mins and to Javea Port (and beach) in 15 mins. There are excellent restaurants and tapas bars within a short walk. Public transport is a short walk away. Tennis and Golf facilities and a choice of many more excellent beaches are a short drive away. Spanish lessons are available.

The house. The cottage (built between 1910- 1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although, from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, it invades you. This unique character is appreciated in every detail around you and in every corner of the house.
