Location!!Location!!Location!! Our house has extensive, close stunning lake views,only 8 minutes (7 kms) drive into Taupo town. A car is necessary as we’re NOT in town!Clean, comfortable, private, peaceful 3 bedroom house surrounded by trees & bush and not in busy suburbia. Sleeps 4 unless a request for 5 is made which involves an extra charge. Just across the road from the lake and 2 Bays. New ensuite bathroom and heat pump/air conditioner and new 55” Sony TV. We’ve had many return guests.

Beautifully presented and positioned for all-day sun, this is a great base for your next Taupo escape. Walk/bike to town and the lake, or drive in just 2 minutes. The home is warm and comfortable with a large boat shed to store your toys. There are 2 kayaks and 2 retro cruiser bikes for you to use. The kitchen and bathroom are modern with new flooring throughout. The property is fully fenced and close to several playgrounds and takeaway shops. The outdoor bath is utter bliss all year round.

It is comfortably furnished, with a warm, cosy fire in winter and doors opening onto both front and back decks for summer. The Barn House is a private, cosy and peaceful house. Set in a scenic reserve with views over the Waikato River and town. A short 10 minute walk to the town center will get you to Taupo's many restaurants, bars, shops and events! Easy gated private access to the river for swimming, fishing, kayaking. Although very close to town the house is situated at the end of a no through road and is quiet and tucked away suitable for couples, sporting enthusiasts, families or small groups.
