The 320 sq foot studio is equipped with King size bed, kitchenette, Bathroom with spacious shower, 55” HDTV with Sky, Amazon & Netflix. There is a semi-private outside patio with seating. The village has eight pubs/restaurants within a few minutes walking distance, along with the beautiful expansive Hampstead Heath and Highgate Cemetery. We are a peaceful, modern, minimalistic & carbon zero detached cabin. Very private, very secure, tucked away, surrounded by trees, plants, birds and nature, you'll think you're in the country. It has its own private garden and entrance. The cabin is built from slow-grown larch and has triple glazed doors. Inside is fitted out with sustainable materials like birch ply-panelling and plant based flooring, and we an MVHR clean air system. We harvest rainwater, compost and power by ASHP.

This Modern Apartment “Woodship” Built in 2013, was my Garden, I personally Project managed the build. I am very proud to share my Apartment and its very elegant and spacious, open living space with Double Sofa Bed and 2 Double Bedroom’s, with private garden. Wood Green Tube Station is 1 min walk away and home to the Brand New Totteham hotspurs Stadium as well as NFL. Alexandra Palace just a bus ride away or 10 minutes walk, also Alexandra Place is home to many Events.

Superbly located next to the river with pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, and village stores close by.
