The Nut House

This apartment is located in a beautiful country setting. There is private parking available for guests. Located on the first floor is the entrance to the hallway. Once inside you will have a private door to enter your private apartment. Outside you can enjoy your private patio in the back, a well kept yard, and very nice gardens. There is no stove, but we do offer amenities for simple cooking and reheating food. We also offer a basic continental breakfast with cereal and coffee.

This large, newly renovated 1st floor apartment is located on Main Street in downtown Dansville and within a block to restaurants, coffee shop, library, pharmacy, and the Battle Street brewery. The apartment has its own private entrance, gets tons of natural light, and has kept many original features, like doors, windows and trim while updating the kitchen (new granite countertops, cabinets and appliances) and bathroom (new tile, shower, and granite vanity top).

Welcome to Big Tree Farm! Enjoy the views of the farm from this recently renovated apartment attached to our family home. Only 1.5 miles from the village center yet surrounded by fields and forests. The National Warplane Museum and grass strip airfield are adjacent and walkable. Extremely convenient for college visits and any events at the airport. Big Tree Lane is just off Rt 63, it is a 1 mile private gravel road to our house (can be bumpy)

This is a second floor apartment with off street parking on Main street in the heart of town. There is a coffee maker, plates, glasses and silverware. Stairway to the apartment is outside and shown in photo. No TV or A/C, although fans will be provided. Close to Letchworth park, many wedding venues, short walk to Geneseo campus and plenty of restaurants, shopping and drinking establishments.
