St Margaret’s - 12th Century church conversion

Get a real taste for England’s history by staying in this converted Norman Church! This Grade II* listed building provides an excellent base for exploring Louth, the Lincolnshire Wolds and some classic British beaches. With it’s peaceful setting in a tiny village on the edge of Louth, the church also provides the perfect place to relax and unwind. We converted the church in 2014 and lived in it for 4 years until the arrival of our son, we love it and really hope you have a wonderful stay!

Rooftops in situated in the centre of Louth. It has been renovated and offers luxury accommodation for 2. Downstairs there is a large bedroom with king sized bed, and a shower room. Up the elegant staircase to the living/dining room and small, but fully equipped galley kitchen. Fibre wifi, Panasonic soundbar, smart TV and Blue ray give plenty of entertainment options. The view across house roofs to the iconic St James Church as you eat your meals, is great by day and stunning at night.

‘Little Barn’ at Spring Farm

Great Carlton is approximately a 15 min drive to the market town of Louth and within 20 mins of the coast. The area is rural with plenty of walks and cycle routes to enjoy. There is a local Co-op shop 2 miles away which is open until 10 pm. There is a village hall and a country church within Great Carlton but generally it is nice and quiet. The accommodation is set within a lovely cutting flower garden and above my flower workshop and I am very happy for you to enjoy the garden.

Beautifully modernised property in the Georgian market town of Louth, with an abundance of pubs, eateries, high Street shops and delis. The house is set on the banks of River lud, a shallow trout stream thats perfect for relaxing by, within a 5 minute walk of the town centre. The house compromises of 3 bedrooms/kitchen/dining room/living area/ bathroom and shower room. With off street parking for 2 / 3 cars. Within easy reach of Cleethorpes and Skegness beaches and many more.

Miller's Cottage stands on the riverside by Claythorpe Watermill and sleeps four in its two bedrooms. The mill grounds are open to the public from 10am to 5pm from Mar to Oct. Outside of these hours, you have this lovely place to yourself (apart from the owners next door). The cottage opens onto the wildfowl garden, where the birds wander freely, and it’s a joy to sit with a glass of wine and watch the birds settle for the night as the sun goes down.
